Refunding is only eligible if we fail to deliver the services as described within the specified timeframe. If a technical issue on our end prevents delivery, a full refund will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if processing has not yet started. Once an order is "Ongoing", cancellation is no longer possible.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of delivery, please contact our support team. We will review your case and may offer a partial refund or service re-delivery at our discretion.
To request a refund, please email our support team with your Order ID and the reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
